Flavours:Vanilla, Carrot and coconut, White Chocolate Truffle, Death by Chocolate (70% Cacoa), Coconut and of course our very lovely rich fruit cake with sherry.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cater for those customer who require nut free or egg free.

A few fillngs to choose from........

Buttercream: Vanilla, Almond, Chocolate - Dark (70%) or White.  Cinnamon, Lemon, Orange, Sweet Cheese.

Ganache: (Made with fresh cream) Dark Chocolate Ganache (70%), White Chocolate or Milk Chocolate Ganache

Extra's included.....your choice of:-

Preserves:  Raspberry, Strawberry, Apricot, Lemon

Cake Coverings

Soft Fondant Icing,

Chocolate Fondant Icing,

Courveture Chocolate: DARK (70%), MILK, or WHITE

Royal Icing is also available for Rich Fruit.

All cakes are covered with almond paste (marzipan) before being iced or covered with chocolate.
